VentrBox Pro is a subscription at £199 a month or £1,990 a year, including any applicable VAT, sold and billed by Stripe. These are the rules for cancelling it.
01Cancel any time
Cancel from the Billing page in your account, or email leon@cardiffgiant.ventures. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
02Access to the end of the paid period
When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. It then ends and you will not be charged again.
03No refunds for part periods
We do not refund part periods. This does not affect your statutory rights, for example if we charge you in error or the service is not as described.
04Billing errors
If you think you were charged in error, email leon@cardiffgiant.ventures within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any amount wrongly taken.
